Kim has lived in Southeast Idaho for 27 yrs with 16 of those years a resident of American Falls. She is a wife, mother and grandmother.

      Kim has been associated with Remax for the past four years, and has been involved in the real estate industry for nine years. She is a partner in the Sunset Development Company where she has assisted in remodeling homes, and in real estate development.

      Kim is a member of the National Realtors Asscociation, the Association of Licensed Realtors, the Greater Pocatello Association of Realtors, and a member of the MLS.

      She continually attends real estate classes, and various business training courses to keep abreast of all the changes in local laws, rules and ordinances. Some of these courses include Code of Ethics, CORE classes, Accounting, Management classes, and leadership training.

      Kim is involved with the Power County Development board, World Relief, the American Falls Chamber, and the P.E.O. She devotes time to her church and several choirs in the American Falls area.

      She enjoys her family, cooking, baking, golf, outdoor recreation, remodeling and meeting new people. She is described as enthusiastic, honest, commited, organized, knowledgable, and a positive thinker.
